My experience with Bonner was very professional from initial assessment through replacement and trash pick-up. It was completed on-time, in a single day despite the large surface area to be replaced because they had the right number of personnel working in a coordinated manner. Inconvenience was kept to a minimum despite the large amount of material removed and placed in bins. Importantly, they provided our insurance company the necessary documentation paperwork in a timely manner.

We are very satisfied with our new roof. Josh made the process very straightforward and easy from the selection of the shingles to the insurance aspect. The workers that came were very efficient and did a thorough job on the roof and the clean up afterwards. Josh post follow up was great as well. The only problem was it had to be done on Saturday and not the scheduled Friday. But overall, my wife and I were very pleased.

I normally don't leave reviews, and tend to only leave bad reviews so here I am. I had a bad experience with Bonner built construction when they installed my roof. The salesman Jeff was great and everything worked out perfect on the front end. But after installation things soon changed. On installation day an unmarked van of workers pulled up early in the morning and they finished the installation in one day like they said. A few days later I go to put my gutter guards on and I find several roofing mistakes. I am not a roofer but know a little about roofing. I I let them know right away that there was issues and that they need to come out and fix them. The felt paper was installed below the gutter flashing, a small roof area had the shingles stacked incorrectly for architectural shingles, some drip edge was missing in one area, and a small roof I believe had the original felt paper with multiple rips on it never replaced. A project manager who I never met called me and said that he would be there in the owner would be there and there would be a big investigation and they would fix everything the same day. No owner ever contacted me in any way. So then one morning a roofing subcontractor pulls up in my driveway and fixes the easiest issue possible and says he will fix the rest and then leaves. Nothing happens for a over a week so I call Bonner again and say hey you need to come out and fix it and I found that it is worse than I expected. They the subcontractor told them that they had already fixed one issue the day before, but I have ring doorbell and no one came by. So Bonner then sends the same contractor that lied to them back out to fix everything. The guy that came was actually really good and did a great job and I remember him doing part of the roof on the first day. All in all, I give them two stars because they did come out and fix the roof ( given that I haven't paid them yet) and it looks like the repairs are decent. But in the end, I read these really good reviews and wonder if those people looked at their finished product like I did and wonder if they have any issues after the fact. I think the overall ratings for this company would be lower, if they inspected their roof after installation and the customer knew what a good roofing job look like. Once again, I give them two stars because they were actually decent people and came out and fix the issues.

I cannot recommend Bonner Built highly enough. From the first contact through the installation and the cleanup, we were pleased with the professionalism of the whole staff and crew. They came at the time they promised and worked hard with only a short break for lunch. The roofing crew were very friendly and kept us informed of the progress. All our landscaping was protected and the magnetic cleanup of nails and other materials left no remnants. This is a professional company who do what they say and make what could have been a disruptive day, in fact a very pleasant day. Call them and you will not be disappointed.

One day installation on my 50 square roof. Looks great. Jason took care to make sure we were selecting the right shingles for our roof, provided references, went over all the details prior to the job and answered all my questions. Crew was professional, started early and was done by the evening. We’re happy with the result!

Bonner Built is awesome!!!Following a weeks’ worth of research on local roofers (price quotes, availability, online reviews - lots of reviews) I called Jason Bonner and had an appointment a few days later. Mrs. Dee arrived at my home and quickly got down to business surveying the roof via her drone (SO COOL!!!). That was one powerful drone!! It was major windy and cold that day but Dee maneuvered the drone perfectly over my home and captured detailed high-def images. Because of Dee and her teammate's exceptional details, care and honesty during the quoting phase, we hired Bonner to replace the entire roof as well as address some interior painting repairs.Dee and her team stayed close to the project and communicated often during the entire effort. From 6AM-6PM the team worked to install the new roof. I watched the entire process from my car - the installation was highly choreographed (including which crew member had to get lunch). A couple days later the painters arrived to paint the interior. They were super careful when entering/leaving (removing shoes every time) so as not to leave a single sign that they were in the house. Unbelievable care and attention to detail were made. Professionalism is very important to us and the painters exceeded our expectations in every way. We have plans to use Bonner again for future projects (painting and gutters) once this COVID-19 issue is behind us or at least better understood. Thank you to Dee, Melissa, Jason, and the entire Bonner Built team.

Wes McClure was our rep that assisted us.. He managed the entire process, including working with our Insurance Company to get the roof work approved. He went above and beyond !! The work crew that actually removed and installed the new roof were amazingly fast, efficient and thorough. They completed the job in one day !! They were very polite and respectful as well. I would highly recommend Bonner Built, Wes and the workers !!!!!!!

This company is amazing from the Wes to everyone that you have the opportunity to communicate with. The quality of the work and the time to get the work done is precise and top quality. We got a great roof and then some. It not only now looks incredible but is and has been holding up well for the last few months in the heavy wind and with all the rain we got. I absolutely love my new roof! Bonner Built installed a new roof on my house in November 2019. I was very impressed by their punctuality, the professionalism of the entire staff, (including the work crew), and the quality of work they did. The covered every little detail including the clean up. They actually went above and beyond what other roofing companies normally do with paying attention to even the smallest of details on the roof. I have had many compliments from neighbors on my new roof. It gave my house a whole new look. I could not be happier with the work Bonner Built did. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the near future for gutters and interior painting. 5 stars for sure!
