Amanda Collins is an Atlanta native. She learned the value of integrity, doing right by the customer, relationships and hard work from her father who owned his own car dealership for 42 years. Amanda began her career with a publicly held property management company in 1999. She later went on to be a Marketing Director for a smaller, boutique style multi-family developer. Over her ten years of service, Amanda climbed the ranks by going on to be an Assistant Manager and then Property Manager. During the final few years she went on to represent and manage properties that were being taken to market, learning a lot about acquisitions which proved to be a strength. Knowing the importance of vendor relationships led her to an opportunity to launch Behr Paint in the Atlanta multi-family segment, where she worked as a Regional Account Manager. She worked closely with the National Strategic Accounts Team working the top 20 management companies in the Southeast attending conferences and trade shows within the National Apartment Association. Amanda quickly realized she enjoyed being on the construction side of multi-family, which led her to Bonner Built where she currently works in our multi-family division. Amanda is an active member and has served on several committees in the Atlanta Apartment Association. Amanda’s hobbies include being on the lake, riding horses and spending time with family.
